Sheep River Woodscape

Crooked Tree Studio

The lifegiving Sheep River, located in southwestern Alberta, begins in the mountain valleys of Elbow-Sheep Wildland Provincial Park, passes through Sheep River Provincial Park, and joins with the Highwood River about 8 km east of Okotoks. It provides water to several of the towns it flows through.

Thankful for this beauty of a river, we have been inspired to turn it into a wood art piece made from some special salvaged wood. The mountain peaks have been crafted from a grapevine, the river from collected driftwood and the hills from repurposed cedar.

Comes complete with claw tooth hanger attached to the back for easy hanging.
