Chimmi’s Hot Sauz was launched in 2014 by Olivier Torres in the town of Okotoks, Alberta. Oliver had been grilling and making hot sauce for his friends for years, based on secret Peruvian family recipes inspired by Argentinean “chimichurri”.
After lots of prompting by his friends, Olivier decided to turn his dream into a reality by professionally jarring his delicious sauces for everyone to enjoy.
No one could have predicted the rapid success of his “Chimmi’s” products, selling out at local markets, and being requested by fans all over the globe.
